- What are templates in Enify?
- Templates can be created for almost every system you have. Their purpose is to help Enify understand what the users want to see in your specific system and to remove what's difficult for the end users. They can be created without any coding or development skills, but you need to have access to the feature in Enify through your subscription. As a result, the end-users will be shielded from the complexity behind capturing elements while still maintaining the ability to create and run any element.
- Enify Users with access to the template feature and special knowledge of specific applications' behavior can create templates. Once created, they can be published and utilized by everyone in the system.
- Basic templates include applications like Microsoft Edge, Chrome, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Customer-specific templates must be created as needed.
- How can I use it?
- As an end user, you choose your template when creating an element, provide the necessary input, save, and execute.
- With access to the template feature, you can create a new template (or variant of a template), provide the required application and process parameters, save, and publish.
