How to delete users in Enify.
There are two ways to delete a user in Enify.
1) The user deletes him selves
Navigate to your profile by clicking on the user button in the to right corner
of Enify and choose My profile.
Click the Delete my user button and confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.
The user will be redirected to the Enify sign-in page.
By confirming deletion, all the user data are deleted from the database except
templates, environments, roles and user groups that the use has created. However,
the user reference is removed from these items.
2) An Admin deletes the user
Navigate to the Apps icon in the top right corner of Enify and choose Admin.
Locate and mark the user in question and click the Delete button.
Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes.
The user will be removed from the user list.
If the user is signed in to Enify at the time, the user will be redirected to the Enify sign-in page.
By confirming deletion, all the user data are deleted from the database except
templates, environments, roles and user groups that the use has created. However,
the user reference is removed from these items.
